　　Description:

　　The Workers Compensation Assistant will be in charge of the front-end communication for all workers comp claims coming through internally with Maxim.

　　Main job is to answer the phones, go through a questionnaire with the employee, and then direct them to the workers comp analyst.

　　Mainly job is on the phone but would be doing light reporting in Excel to document and track information.

　　Must be comfortable taking 100 calls a week.

　　Skills:

　　Customer service, computer proficiency, data entry
