  THE JOB

  Ticketmaster International, a Live Nation Entertainment company, is currently seeking an ambitious, highly motivated, and well-organized HTML Developer to join the International Brand and Marketing Communications team.

  This is a role within the International Marketing team, where you will work on a large CRM rebrand project. You will be asked to create and deploy Salesforce Marketing Cloud email templates and Content Builder blocks, as well as HTML email automation. You will also work with other in-house email systems.

  You will be managed by our Director of Brand & Content Marketing, and you will work most closely with our Front End Designer and Developer and our Associate Director CRM, supporting them with the CRM rebrand, new email automation and A/B testing. Your work will be distributed to, and used by, our 30+ markets.

  You have previous experience and proven knowledge of developing and building HTML emails, preferably in scalable systems, with templates utilized by various users.

  The most important factors we are looking for are: 1) Solid email development skills; 2) Ability to work and think independently; 3) Ability to prioritise and manage numerous different tasks; 5) Ability to problem solve (nothing is unachievable!); and 5) Aptitude for learning. We are looking for do-ers, who want to develop both their dev and design skills for marketing purposes.

  WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  Email development across our international markets for B2C CRM communications, including a large rebrand project

  Ensure all design and development is consistent with our corporate brand guidelines

  Understand long-term vision and strategic business goals of the team and company

  Help build reliable and accessible emails

  Take technical ownership of the email system code and follow development best practice

  Keep skills fresh and stay informed of industry best practices as well as technical skills by sharing work with other team members

  Possibility to be involved in aspects of CRM design, as well as development

  WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  Good, demonstrable knowledge of HTML and CSS for emails

  Solid experience with email testing for different emails clients

  Some experience with Figma, Sketch or similar software

  Good use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word

  Desirable: previous experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and basic AMPScript knowledge
