We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated Workday HCM Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Workday HCM to support our human resources operations. You will work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure the ongoing success of Workday HCM in our organization.
Implementation and Configuration of Workday HCM:
Lead the implementation of Workday HCM within the organization.
Configure and customize Workday HCM according to the specific needs of the company.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday HCM with other systems.
Technical Support and Issue Resolution:
Provide technical support to Workday HCM users.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, working closely with the Workday support team or external vendors as needed.
Ongoing Update and Maintenance:
Stay informed about Workday HCM updates and assess their impact on the organization.
Implement and test new features and updates efficiently.
Training and Development:
Develop and deliver training programs for end users and internal teams on the effective use of Workday HCM.
Maintain up-to-date documentation on best practices and procedures for using Workday HCM.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Collaborate closely with the HR team to understand needs and ensure that Workday HCM effectively supports HR processes.
Work with IT and Security teams to ensure the security and integrity of data in Workday HCM.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in the implementation and administration of Workday HCM.
In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM modules, including Human Resources, Payroll, Compensation, and others.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
Certification in Workday HCM will be highly valued.
