  Qualifications

  Qualifications:

  Required• Workday Extend, Reporting, Prism or Integration and people leadership roles within the technical workstreams of 5 or more HCM or Financials implementations for at least two phases.• Minimum 5 years of consulting experience• Bachelor’s degree in technical, business or financial discipline or relevant field of study or equivalent work experience• Current Workday Extend, Reporting, Prism or Integration certification

  Preferred Skills & Experience• 5+ years of experience with development and/or architecture of integration technologies, including Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, and Workday Studio• 5+ years of Prism, integrations experience required including scope and requirements definition, problem solving and process improvements• Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships based on trust and collaboration• Experience with estimating, implementation planning and project management• Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills, ability to multi-task• Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration• Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies• Experience with software tools such as Notepad++, UltraEdit, Oxygen XML, AQT, Beyond Compare, ASAP Utilities, etc.

  Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams

  The estimated base salary range for this job is $130,000 - $160,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $149,500,000 - $200,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
