　　At a Glance

　　Legrand has an exciting opportunity forWirersto join theLighting Sector Finelite Teamin Union City, CA. Wire Finelite fixtures per the job submittal drawings and according to customer requirements. Follow instructions of leads and wiring supervisor. Troubleshoot fixtures as needed to meet customer specifications.

　　What Will You Do?

　　Wire Finelite fixtures.

　　Attend mandatory training sessions given by wiring supervisor.

　　Assist in training of new hires.

　　Learn how to test work orders per the job submittal drawings.

　　Learn how to read and follow wiring diagram from the ballast.

　　Assist other wirers in troubleshooting wiring problems.

　　Assist in processing fixtures for the shipping department, when needed.

　　Effectively communicate with other workers and leads.

　　Perform other job-related duties as required.

　　Qualifications

　　Required Skills

　　High School diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus).

　　Minimum one year experience in a manufacturing and warehousing environment.

　　Able to stand for a long period of time.

　　Able to use basic hand tools (screwdriver, wire cutters, pneumatic air tools).

　　Able to lift up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques.

　　Skills & Competencies

　　Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

　　Ability to discriminate between colors for lead identification.

　　Must be self-motivated with a passion for continuous improvement.

　　Must display high level of attention to detail.

　　Hourly Rate:$23.18
