　　In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centres (Delivery Centres), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centres offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　Partner with some of the best minds in the industry and apply your technical know-how to manage and operate IT hardware software communications and/or application solutions

　　You'll implement deliver and support expertly engineered IT services and products that meet worldwide clients' needs

　　You'll be responsible for delivering new or changed services following the change process and maintenance of regulatory legal and professional standards

　　You'll also monitor the performance of systems and services, configure and secure networks including LAN and WAN across public networks and virtual private networks

　　Monitoring and administering Windows operating system

　　Work on L2 and L3 incidents and report progress

　　Update systems with progress on incident

　　Work with third parties to resolve incidents

　　Update config management and knowledge management databases

　　Support path to live release management

　　Required Technical and Professional Expertise

　　Expert knowledge and use of Microsoft Windows and VMWare

　　Strong knowledge of implementing and troubleshooting, Active Directory, Exchange, Intune, Office 365, Microsoft SQL, and other Microsoft based technologies

　　Solid knowledge of Azure and/or AWS Cloud technologies
