　　Our fortune 100 client is seeking multiple Network Engineers to join their CPESystems team.

　　Major Duties and Responsibilities:Plans and implements enterprise networks and related hardware and software.Designs and documents network architecture.Performs assessments on existing technologies to determine performance andcapacity gaps.Contribute to testing voice functionality on DOCSIS 4.0 CPE devices.Test SCP functionality and contribute to certifying CPE devices for Wifi 6Eand beyond.Assist with testing voice services functionality for all devices certifiedagainst the R-PHY platform.Testing for SCP and voice services must be performed, and this engineer willplay a critical role in that process.Establishes security (firewalls, intrusion detection), connectivityand access parameters.Provides recommendations to optimize network infrastructure.Tests and tunes security devices and systems.Programs routers and switches.Implements communications technologies (data or voice).Manages network services from planning phase through implementation.Additional Responsibilities:Work with engineering team to review firmware requirements and providefeedbackParticipate in weekly bug classification and prioritizationEstablish test network environments as documented in test plansPerform system-wide end-to-end integration and regression testingDocument results and review with designated teams or vendors as needed.Work with vendor and other stakeholders to resolve issues discovered duringtesting; develop and document workarounds where possible, and assistoperations team with implementation and escalations as neededParticipate in Operational handoff review activitiesSkills:Solid knowledge of routing protocols, network hardware and software,security technologies and network infrastructure is required.2 - 5 years of experience.Please be advised- If anyone reaches out to you about an open positionconnected with Eliassen Group, please confirm that they have an Eliassen.comemail address and never provide personal or financial information to anyonewho is not clearly associated with Eliassen Group.
