　　A little taste of your day-to-day:

　　Showcasing your expertise in whiskey and mixology, overseeing the creation of signature cocktails and maintaining an exceptional standard of beverage quality.

　　Cultivating and nurture a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests feel at home while enjoying the finest spirits and cocktails.

　　Maintaining a well-stocked and diverse selection of whiskeys, spirits, and bar supplies, optimizing inventory turnover and minimizing wastage.

　　Fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, providing training to staff on product knowledge, service standards, and mixology.

　　Planning and executing special events, whiskey tastings, and promotions to enhance the overall guest experience and drive business.

　　What We need from you:

　　At least 2 year’s experience managing a Whisky Bar and be experienced and confident in making hand crafted cocktails – classic and contemporary

　　Level 1 or 2 Award in Wines and Spirits

　　An outgoing and pleasant personality, with a proactive approach

　　Efficient, flexible, able to work under pressure to ensure impeccable and seamless service

　　Strong organisational skills

　　Experience and ability to lead and motivate a small team

　　Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

　　Ability to prioritize and organize workload independently when required

　　Team player

　　Meticulous attention to detail

　　Event management experience - tastings, masterclasses
