　　Responsibilities

　　As a vital part of our Customer Service Team, you will be the primary point of contact for our members and providers.

　　Your role will involve:

　　Responding to customer inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.

　　Assisting providers by resolving coordination of benefits inquiries.

　　Providing accurate information to address member and provider inquiries.

　　Thoroughly documenting all customer interactions.

　　Educating customers and dental professionals on eligibility, benefits, claims payment, and authorizations.

　　REQUIREMENTS:

　　High School Diploma

　　2+ years of CSR experience in a high call volume environment

　　1+ year of medical and/or health insurance experience

　　Internet speed of 50 MBPS download and 10 MBPS upload

　　Private Work from Home Space (cannot work from common areas)

　　No time off for the first 2 weeks (training)

　　Training: Mon-Fri, 7:30am to 4pm CST - 3 weeks of training via Skype

　　Post Training: Mon-Fri, flexible schedule between the hours of 6am to 6pm CST - work schedules are assigned after training
