　　The COMSEC Engineer III designs and implements secure communications systems, ensuring their operational use meets and exceeds rigorous standards for confidentiality, integrity, and availability. The COMSEC Engineer III also remains current with the latest advancements in communications security and makes adjustments/recommendations to COMSEC reference architectures, when appropriate. In instances where design updates/changes impact end user protocol or training materials, the COMSEC Engineer III consults/advises/collaborates with their COMSEC Custodian counterparts. The COMSEC Engineer III supervises and mentors subordinate project and Team ManTech staff.

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　9+ years of experience

　　Bachelors Degree in related discipline (candidate holding a relevant Master’s degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years’ experience credit)

　　High School Diploma + 13 years of experience will also be considered

　　Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

　　Desired Qualifications

　　5 years of position-specific relevant experience

　　DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level II Certification

　　Physical Requirements:

　　Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

　　Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

　　Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer

　　Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
