　　Ihre Aufgaben:

　　Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der unterstellten Mitarbeiter

　　Überwachung der termingerechten Auftragsabwicklung intern und extern

　　Mitwirkung bei der Auftragsabwicklung im täglichen Geschäft

　　Beschaffung von Werkzeugen und Materialien

　　Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Continous Improvement Maßnahmen

　　Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Arbeitssicherheitsmaßnahmen

　　Betreuung von Umbauprojekten in der Produktion

　　Ihr Profil:

　　Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung sowie zwingend zusätzliche Weiterbildung zum Meister/Techniker

　　Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung wünschenswert

　　Fundierte Kenntnisse in Prototypenbau und -fertigung

　　Erfahrung in Führung und Motivation von Mitarbeitern

　　Gute Führungsqualitäten, Teamfähigkeit sowie Hands-on-Mentalität

　　Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

　　Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Programmen
