　　Job Overview

　　TE Connectivity's Procurement Business Process Teams develop and deploy procurement processes, systems, reporting and audits compliance. They drive continuous improvement throughout the procurement function, develop and maintain procurement systems, tools and databases such as vendor master files, e-procurement quotation tool, procurement web page, supplier portal, SharePoint and the like. They conduct regular external benchmarking to stay abreast of procurement best practices, run procurement reports and perform analysis to identify trends, opportunities, threats and needed course correction as well as lead facilitation of procurement training and development.

　　⾃動⾞業界向けを中心とした電⼦部品製造において、製品技術、製造技術、品質、⽣産計画、社内⼯場等他部門と連携し、品質、技術、コスト、納期のバランスのとれた戦略的な購買を実現する業務です。

　　・ 現行購買プロセスの課題分析、および他部門とも整合の取れたあるべき業務プロセスの設計と構築

　　・ 購買プロセスのDXの主導、新しいシステム・プラットフォームの導入や展開

　　・ 月次の購買データの集計とレポートの作成の監督、購買データの分析

　　・ ERPシステムの購買情報の維持管理

　　・ 購買に関するコンプライアンス（契約書管理、法規対応）

　　What your background should look like:

　　【応募資格】

　　・ 学歴：大卒以上

　　・ 語学：日本語 - 上級（ビジネス対話および資料作成が可能なこと）

　　英語 - 上級（TOEIC800点以上が望ましい、資料作成、議論が可能なこと）

　　※取引先を含む海外拠点と、日常的にメールや電話による情報交換と会議の機会があります。

　　・ PCスキル（Microsoft Office〔EXCEL、Word、Power Point〕必須）

　　【業務経験】

　　・ グローバルに展開する製造業にて購買/調達含むサプライチェーンの企画・支援業務経験

　　・ SAP導入・DX推進（RPA・BIツール）等、業務効率改善に関わる経験

　　・ 購買を含むサプライチェーンプロセスを改善した経験

　　・ 問題発生時に、社内外のステークホルダーと折衝、調整し粘り強く問題解決する能力

　　・ 社内関係部門を巻き込み、積極的にプロジェクト推進する能力

　　・ チームの統率、チームメンバーの育成など組織マネージメント能力

　　・ 自動車業界または車載電子部品メーカー（Tier1,2）にて購買/調達業務の経験

　　・ 製造業での生産管理、物流の経験

　　・ コンサルティングファーム等での業務プロセス改善、システム導入支援の経験

　　・ 契約書の締結等、法務やコンプライアンスに関する経験
