Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services, a leading senior care franchise in Atlanta/Buckhead, is seeking a well-skilled caregiver on a PRN (as needed) basis. This is a part-time hourly healthcare/medical job in the franchise industry. The caregiver will be responsible for providing excellent care and companionship to seniors in their homes. The job will be located in Atlanta, Georgia and is an individual contributor role. The caregiver will be compensated at a rate of $13-$15 per hour, paid weekly. Compensation & Benefits: - Hourly pay range of $13-$15 per hour - Paid weekly - Flexible scheduling (PRN) - Opportunity for growth within the franchise Responsibilities: - Providing compassionate and professional care for seniors in their homes - Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and medication reminders - Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful conversations - Accompanying seniors to appointments, outings, and social activities - Ensuring a safe and clean environment for seniors at all times - Communicating any changes in the senior's health or well-being to the franchise owner and/or family members - Maintaining accurate and detailed records of care provided - Other duties as assigned by the franchise owner Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred - Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening - Reliable transportation and valid driver's license - Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor - Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions - Availability to work on a PRN basis, including evenings and weekends - Must attend required training and continuing education courses EEOC Statement: Always Best Care Senior Services is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
