　　This position works Monday through Thursday, from 4:00 p.m. to 2:30a.m., with overtime on Fridays as required.

　　Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Load fixtures and weld parts as required

　　Safely use all tools necessary for the position

　　Maintain inventory accuracy at all times

　　Read blueprints and utilize AWS weld symbols as required for theposition

　　Consistently achieve quality welds while staying on production schedule

　　Other duties may be assigned that require other qualifications, physicaldemands, and/or work environment.

　　Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

　　MIG welding experience and ability to pass weld test, as required.

　　Ability to give strong attention to detail and stay on-task in afast-paced environment

　　Have a good understanding of team concepts and be a strong team player

　　Ability to read blueprints and recognize AWS weld symbols

　　Ability to safely use hand and power tools and welding equipment

　　Capable of embracing a culture of Lean Manufacturing and willing toaccept/implement change

　　Ability to follow all Great Plains and OSHA safety regulations and wearprescribed PPE as required
