　　MUST HAVES:

　　Construction labor experience (skilled or unskilled)

　　Carpentry, iron working, welding, or sheet metal

　　Experience working on commercial construction sites

　　NICE TO HAVES:

　　Welding experienceThis is an opportunity for candidates who want to learn the iron working trade. Capone will hire a skilled or unskilled construction laborer through us and for the six months they are on with us they will work as a general laborer on the projects Capone has right now and they will be trained as an iron worker. Once their 6 months on contract is up they will be converted and made a full time iron worker.

　　JOB DESCRIPTION:

　　-Will be welding structural steel beams that will then be installed in commercial buildings in greater Boston.

　　-Will assist on site with set-up, clean-up and break-down.

　　-Will assist foreman with various labor tasks on site.

　　-Will carry equipment to different parts of the site to be set up for the skilled workers.

　　-Will shadow skilled laborers to learn the trade and how Capone operates.

　　QUALIFICATIONS: -Need some type of labor experience in a construction setting - Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the site every day. PAY RATES: $18-25/hr if they are working in the shop $18-30/hr if they are working in the fie

　　They will be required to get their OSHA 10 and their Hot Works cert. before starting.
