About Customer Returns Coordinator

  Job Description:

  Provide quality assurance services to ensure the integrity of products received and shipped out, services provided to clients, support business and customer needs, and comply with government regulations, industry and OpCo standards. May be responsible for supplier selection & auditing, material qualification, material inspection and test, performance monitoring and supplier development. May manage process and product non-conformances in line with company procedures. May conduct quality assurance tests to ensure product specifications are met. May review, investigate, resolve and report on quality discrepancies. May develop, maintain, monitor, and audit quality management system and protocols including systems automation, processes, and procedures that ensure compliance with regulations and standards. May monitor, investigate, and report on customer complaints. May obtain the necessary quality system certifications and licenses (e.g. ISO, CE) to support market release of new product development. May lead audit and inspection preparation, resolution of audit and inspection findings. May have frequent interaction with other functional areas and operating entities.

  ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  Receive and unpack all incoming customer returns.

  Perform general quality inspections on returned product to determine re-stocking status. This includes visual inspection for packaging integrity and lot verification.

  Process customer returns including putting away received items.

  Communicate with Customer Service department any discrepancies to complete the process of customer returns.

  Receive, inspect and provide replacement articles to customers under Implant Replacement Service.

  Perform general housekeeping.

  Receive product complaints from customers and forward them to Complaints Department on a daily basis.

  Provide a back-up for the processing of discrepancies.

  Receive gripstock product from sales representatives and fulfill gripstock request for new sales representatives.

  Scrap non restockable product in the system.

  Properly dispose of any damaged or open product in the hazardous waste container.

  Job Requirements:

  CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  High school education or equivalent

  1 + years experience in Returns or Quality control.

  Basic knowledge of Quality systems

  Ability to understand and apply policies and procedures related to performing assigned function

  Ability to read and write English clearly

  Able to plan and orgainze daily work to ensure on time completion

  Good file organization

  CRITICAL SKILLS/TECHNICAL KNOW-HOW:

  Understanding of Good Documentation Practice principles

  Knowledge of the Returns and Customer Support processes.

  Basic computer skills

  Organizational skills

  Proficient time management/ sense of urgency

  Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment

  Able to lift up to 20lbs.

  CRITICAL EXPERIENCE:

  Experience in Return and Customer Support data bases.

  Good knowledge of Document Control principles and practices

  Build constructive and effective relationships throughout the organization

  Target Market Salary Range:

  Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.

  $20.60 - $24.70 per hour
