We are looking for hardworking professionals who enjoymeeting challenges and surpassing expectations. The ideal candidateswill have a background in fabrication and MIG welding. We are in searchof candidates who are looking for long-term, secure and rewardingemployment. If you don\'t yet have all the qualifications listed belowit is possible we will train you. Essential Duties: Follow safety rulesand expectations and use safe work practices. Utilize/interpret blueprints/engineering drawings for setup, welding, and inspection of partsto ensure customer specifications are met. Understand layout and plannedsequence of operations. Verify conformance of work piece tospecifications and quality standards. Prepare surfaces to be welded andset up and assemble parts to be welded. Set up proper equipment fordifferent welding jobs. Capable of passing AWS certification for MIGWelding. Able to use conventional and precision measuring instruments.Welder / Fabricators will also perform routine PM\'s on the equipmentand maintain a safe and orderly workplace. Qualifications: MUST beSafety and Quality conscious MUST be able to be certified to AWS D1.1welding standard, at a minimum. MUST be able to setup and MIG weldcarbon steel Ability to setup jobs from blueprints Math abilities tosolve problems and perform inspection High School Diploma or GED,Welding fabrication experience desired. Must meet physical requirementsfor this position as follows: Stand or Sit, Move, Use hands/Fingers tohandle or feel, stoop, kneel, talk/hear, see, carry weight/lift (up to50lb\'s) Cultural Requirements: Demonstrate uncompromising ethicalbehavior Value team accomplishments over personal/individualaccomplishments.
