　　Responsibilities

　　Set up, tack, weld, and allow material draw on major components, sub weldments, and miscellaneous parts while supporting continuous process of production of lift trucks. Position fit, block, and clamp parts to obtain proper alignment: adjusting fixturing, grinf, cut, chip, tack. Excersise care in welding to maintain a smooth even bead, obtain proper penetration and coverage, and check work for adherence to specifications.

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　working in a smoke free environment

　　wearing steel toe shoes

　　working in a non-temperature controlled environment

　　standing for 10 hours at one time

　　working weekends
