　　Weekend Shift Production Supervisor needed for immediate direct hire role working with a high growth electronics development and manufacturing client in the Lincoln area of New Hampshire.

　　With the weekend hours being; Friday & Monday: 6am-3:30pm, Sat/Sun 6am-6pm, the Production Supervisor will lead a team between 10 and 35 people and work closely with the Production Control Planners to develop production schedules and to maximize utilization of equipment for minimum set-up and maximum operating conditions. This person must be experienced, detailed and have the ability to work in harmony with other teams.

　　Must have an AS degree and 5 years related supervisory experience. WIll consider 10 years exp in place of the degree. Apply now for immediate consideration !

　　responsibilities:

　　Manages 10-35 non-supervisory employees and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies

　　Works closely with Production Control Planners to develop production schedules and to maximize utilization of equipment for minimum set-up and maximum operating conditions.

　　Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers, and assigning duties.

　　Inspects and measures parts and products to verify conformance to specifications.

　　Recommends and implements measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product. Eliminates waste and develops cost reductions through tooling modifications, planned maintenance, etc.

　　Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems

　　Requirements:

　　Associate degree at least 5 plus years of supervisory experience / Will consider 10 years related experience in lieu of degree.

　　Must have proven communication skills with the ability to manage and assign technical tasks to team of 10-35

　　Must be motivated and results driven

　　Must have related experience with the knowledge to follow and assign standard operating procedures to team
