The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling of field staff, client care standards, and ensuring the branch meets or exceeds inquiry conversion goals. This is a weekend part time position (Friday afternoon to Monday Morning) this position allows individuals to be part of a company that serves others and improves the lives of others. Benefits * Weekly pay with direct deposit * Paid Time Off (Accrued Paid Vacation Time) * Joint Commission Accredited * Recognition celebration and awards * 24/7 Support * Employee Assistant Program * Employee of the month & employee of the year recognition * Limited/ discounted/ or free financial advice service Responsibilities * Scheduling and care coverage – supports and uses all technology tools and resources to ensure proper business processes; schedules staff to meet client care needs and minimize non-billed overtime * Mantains on-call phone to assist with on the field employee and scheduling matters Friday-Monday; ensures assigned staff are properly trained and available as needed * Customer/client care – effectively manages the customer care procedures and serves as point of contact for client/customer relations. * Assists with the intake of new clients and informs potential clients of our services and reasons to utilize BrightStar over other agencies * Assists in the development of organization goals and agency performance improvement activities * Administers agency policies and procedures * Assists the Director of Nursing with assessing the competency of staff to promote quality, continuity and safety of a client’s care * Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws * Assures compliance with all local, state and federal laws * Performs general office duties including but not limited to word processing, photocopies, files, shreds, sort/distributes mail, provides reception and telephone services * Requirements * High School Diploma or GED * Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Customer Care Manager and/or managing customer service within a healthcare office setting; knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare office regulations. * Certified HHA or licensed CNA with experience * Excellent organization, planning, and project management skills. * Basic understanding of Home Health regulations * Flexibility and good time management skills A MUST * Available for on call services Friday afternoon- Monday morning * Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S * Reliable Transportation * Florida driver License * Auto Insurance * Clean Background and criminal record (AHCA) * CPR Card * Work Physical (within the last 6 months) with a statement of “Free of Communicable Diseases and no physical limitations”
