  このポジションは、ホテルのウエディング営業/プランニングの実務担当者です。ホテルにおいて、大きな収益が期待できるウエディング関連の案件を積極的に勧誘し、処理する責任をディレクター/アシスタントディレクターとともに負います。担当するすべての案件において、個人およびチーム関連の収益目標を達成するために、長期的かつ価値ある顧客との関係を構築し、維持します。ゲストのニーズに応じて、あらゆる婚礼関連案件を担当します。ブランド基準に従って適切なサービスを提供するために、ビジネスを適切かつタイムリーに行います。婚礼ゲストがホテルでの体験を通じて優れたサービスを提供することで、ゲストのロイヤリティを高める責任を負います。会社を代表して永続的な顧客として成長させるために、お客様にサービスを提供します。

  Summary of Duties

  This position is a hotel wedding sales/planning practitioner. This position is responsible for working with the Director/Assistant Director to proactively solicit and process wedding related deals with significant revenue potential for the hotel. Builds and maintains long-term, high-value client relationships to achieve individual and team-related revenue goals on all assignments. Responsible for all wedding related matters according to guest needs. Ensures that business is conducted in a proper and timely manner to provide appropriate service in accordance with brand standards. Responsible for building guest loyalty by providing exceptional service throughout the wedding guest's experience at the hotel. Serves guests to represent the company and grow as a lasting customer.

  High school diploma or 2 years of experience in a professional field related to sales & marketing or weddings.OR

  Two year degree from an accredited university in business administration, marketing, hotel/restaurant management or related major, no work experience required.中心となる業務内容

  Understand the market and maximize revenue.

  Understands the overall market (i.e., competitors' strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand, etc.) and how to sell to it.

  Focuses on growing business, identifying and selling to customers.

  Strives to achieve personal revenue goals.

  Close the best business deals based on market conditions and the needs of wedding guests.

  Work with Director/Assistant Director to identify and develop new markets.

  Achieve sales targets

  Implement an effective sales plan.

  Work with Director/Assistant Director to implement assigned sales strategies to meet revenue goals; develop and solicit specific accounts.

  Use negotiation and creative selling skills to close business and negotiate contracts.

  Achieve solicitation and prospecting goals.

  Maintain and grow post-contract upsells.

  Work with Director/Assistant Director to plan, develop and market creative wedding events.

  Support the operational aspects of the contracted wedding business (e.g., proposal development, contract writing, customer relations).

  Develop and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

  Work with Director/Assistant Director to effectively utilize sales resources and administrative and support staff.

  Provide exceptional customer service

  Manage customer, account, and opportunity data with SFA.

  Increase customer loyalty by providing exceptional service throughout the customer experience.

  Serve customers to increase account share.

  Implement and support the brand's customer service standards and the property's brand standards.

  Participate in and practice the brand's daily service fundamentals.

  Assist customers before and during programs/events to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty Implement exemplary customer service practices that ensure customer satisfaction.

  Build relationships with customers and provide services that build loyalty to the company by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate features and services that best meet and exceed customer expectations.

  Serve customers both at the wedding meeting and on the wedding day to understand their business and business issues and concerns and provide better business solutions.
