We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Web Specialist. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the SEO team and Product Marketing team to enhance our website content and product pages. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of SEO, on-page conversion rate optimization, and the fundamentals of effective page layout. As a Web Specialist, you will also take on the role of project manager, overseeing website updates from content brief creation to deployment.

　　Collaboration with SEO and Product Marketing Teams:

　　Work closely with the SEO and Product Marketing teams to align website updates with overall business and marketing objectives.

　　Collaborate on strategies to improve organic search visibility and enhance product page performance.

　　Website Content and Product Page Updates:

　　Execute updates to website content and product pages, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices and brand guidelines.

　　Implement on-page optimization techniques to improve user experience and drive conversion rates.

　　Page Layout Optimization:

　　Apply the basics of effective page layout to create visually appealing and user-friendly web pages.

　　Collaborate with design and UX teams to enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of web pages.

　　SEO Implementation:

　　Leverage your understanding of SEO to incorporate relevant keywords, meta tags, and other on-page elements to boost organic search performance.

　　Stay informed about industry trends and algorithm updates to continuously improve website SEO.

　　Project Management:

　　Act as a project manager for website updates, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

　　Update and maintain detailed content briefs, tracking progress and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.

　　Cross-Functional Communication:

　　Foster effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.

　　Provide regular updates on project status, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks.

　　Desirable Skills (Not Required):

　　UX UI Experience / Understanding of website UX/UI best practices.

　　Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

　　Experience with A/B testing and other optimization strategies, including using testing software such as VWO.

　　Google Certifications in areas such as Google Analytics or Google Search Console.
