What You’ll Work On The Web Developer works with NodeJS, Nuxt and VueJS, and has a strong understanding of web development best practices. In addition, they should have expertise in building and integrating APIs, experience migrating legacy systems to modern technologies, familiarity with SCSS and Bootstrap, and a strong emphasis on server-side API functionality. Experience with PostgreSQL or other SQL-based query languages is a nice-to-have. The Web Developer is part of the Information Technology Team with responsibilities that include design, programming, testing, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of websites and web applications. The position also provides support and training to internal and external content managers and application users. You’ll Support Your Team by Performing the Following Key Tasks
Provide programming for existing and new websites and web applications.
Develop and maintain web applications using NodeJS, Nuxt, and VueJS.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Follow design documents, pseudo-code, issue-tracking tickets, and verbal instructions to develop and upgrade applications.
Collaborate with designers and other developers to implement new features.
Stay up to date with the latest web development trends and technologies.
Build and integrate APIs.
Migrate legacy systems to modern technologies.
Implement responsive design using SCSS and Bootstrap.
Develop server-side functionality for APIs.
Interact with SQL-based databases.
Document code in the form of programming comments and written documents.

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in web development, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
3+ years of professional experience in a related field.
Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel.
Punctuality with critical reporting and presentation deadlines.
Clear communication and detail oriented.
Ability to develop techniques for dealing with a variety of individuals from various socio-economic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds, in person and over the phone.
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics – D365, preferred.
Ability to work effectively alone or with a variety of other positions, including other developers, content managers, and graphic designers.
Proficient in oral and written communications.
Organized, task oriented, and service minded.
Ability to accept and provide constructive feedback.
Take ownership of assigned applications including analysis, design, programming, testing, documentation, and maintenance.
Work Environment General office environment with assigned workstations, computer, and other hardware peripherals. Casual dress allowed. High interaction with systems users throughout the company. Physical Requirements Able to work 40+ hours per week as the normal workweek. Work as needed on weekends and holidays. Stand and sit for extended periods during working hours.
