Responsible for developing and implementing customer-focused communication via digital platforms to educate customers and enhance the company's digital presence and brand. Creates, designs and delivers digital content to engage customers via the external web site, social media, mobile applications and email. Provides strategic direction and solutions for new and existing technology. Works with internal customers to ensure digital content is accurate and timely, and will work with the external communications and branding teams to ensure content is aligned with overall strategic messaging. Has a strong understanding and demonstrated experience in Web content, UX, site architecture, development, and design. Responsible for identifying opportunities to improve the online user experience and uses design and web analytics and technologies to achieve effective and optimal online presence for the company's sites.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills)
4-year college degree is strongly preferred – specialization in communication, graphic design, business or related technical field desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading the design and development of websites and mobile applications.
Proven track record of successfully managing large corporate websites and associated digital assets
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, Query, and XML
Demonstrated experience with network diagnostic and analytics tools including Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
Demonstrated experience with content management systems such as SharePoint and Adobe Experience Manager
Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to manage projects, timelines and budgets for internal customers
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and ability to analyze, interpret and effectively communicate complex technical information succinctly
Electric utility industry experience preferred.
Graphic design experience preferred.

Execute digital communication needs, including internet, intranet, mobile, HTML emails, animations, web video, digital display and digital signage.
Maintain day-to-day web content and functionality
Work with clients to support their goals and business strategies
Stay well-informed of new and existing technologies and apply them to digital communication projects
Track digital analytics to make informed decisions on improvements or changes to digital outlets
Design digital creative, emails and fulfill other graphic design requests, as needed
