Job Description:
Assist customers with their vehicle purchase process.
Provide proactive support to consumers requesting assistance with dealers, vehicle locations, and product concerns and inquiries.
Only support new and used car sales inquiries and take general service appointment questions. This is not general customer service.
This group provides pre-sale consumer chat support for the Dealerships. Instead of going to a dealership and getting pressured into buying, potential car buyers can talk online, in real time, to a support agent who will answer any questions.
Skills & Qualifications:
MUST HAVE BACHELORS DEGREE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR CANDIDACY
Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills.
6 months to 1 year - Customer service experience.
A positive self-starter with a strong work ethic, an ability to meet and exceed deadlines, organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong attention to detail.
