　　Job DescriptionMott MacDonald is currently looking for a Water/Wastewater Project Managerto join our engineering group focused on the delivery of water,wastewater, and reclaimed water facilities. Come join our team and workwith a collaborative group of professional engineers to improve theinfrastructure of the surrounding communities. The Lakewood office is lookingto grow the team and build and maintain strong networks with key clients.

　　Key duties and responsibilities include:Serves as the project manager for multiple projects with various Denver MetroArea clients;Manages the preparation and modification of reports, specifications,plans, studies, and designs for water sector projectsIndependently evaluates, selects, and applies standard engineeringtechniques, procedures, criteria, and uses sound judgment in makingminor adaptations and modifications;Organizes and leads meetings with clients, contractors, and otherstakeholders;Prepares preconstruction cost estimates/engineer's estimates of probablecost for projects;Provides management oversight during the construction phase of projects forreview of shop drawings, RFIs, and design clarifications;Leads permitting activities with local, state, and federal regulatoryagencies;Coordinates and works with various disciplines in the execution of the work;andWorks closely with a team of engineers to provide guidance and mentorship inthe execution of designs;Works closely with client account leader in pursuit of preparation anddevelopment;Ability to lead a multi-disciplined team of engineers;Experience working on design-build projects.

　　Candidate SpecificationWe invite applications from candidates with the following experience:B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering;Licensed Professional Engineer; current registration in Colorado;Experience in presenting complex issues to clients in both written and oralpresentations;6+ years of experience;With a broad range of stormwater, water/wastewater, and reclaimed waterfacilities, pumping systems, and linear pipelines projects fromplanning, permitting, construction, and startup;Capable of managing clients, and production teams for large water andwastewater projects;Experience leading multi-disciple teams during design;Mentoring of staff;Adherence to schedules and budgets;Experience in CDPHE permitting and familiar with Colorado regulatoryrequirementsSelf-starter with the ability to lead and manage people and projects;High motivation and passion to provide exceptional client service;Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability toprepare and present effective technical reports.Salary Range:$106,000-$125,000Benefits:401k, medical, dental, and vision insurance, STD/LTDdisability, holiday, personal time off (PTO), parental leave, andcompany-paid life insurance.
