　　Position Purpose:

　　Warehouse associates are the foundation to our company’s success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards. As a Warehouse, Worker, you will support the shipping and/or receiving functions activities within our warehouse.

　　The Warehouse, Worker performs shipping and/or receiving functions in a timely manner while maintaining inventory and warehouse work areas, observing all safety regulations, and ensuring all quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.

　　Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

　　Must be able to stage ingredients and packaging for the day’s production run.

　　Count and weigh ingredients and packaging. Record the counts and return to rack at the end of shift.

　　Ability to accurately perform a cycle count (non-SAP) ensuring accuracy in the inventory.

　　Ensure finished good inventory is counted, wrapped and put into holding freezer.

　　Must be able to be certified in the operation of a pallet jack.

　　Maintain clean and orderly work environment.

　　Perform a safety inspection of equipment at the beginning of each shift.

　　Inspect trailer interior for cleanliness and contamination prior to unloading and loading product. Inspect often during the shift.

　　Complete non-SAP paperwork

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent

　　6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience

　　Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position

　　Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift

　　Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift

　　Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e., cooler, freezer and dry

　　Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
