JOB REQUIREMENTS: IQ Sheboygan is looking for a warehouse worker for alocal distribution center in Sheboygan. This position is full-time,temp-to-hire, and has NO WEEKENDS!! Summary: You will facilitate movingproduct throughout the distribution center with the use of powerindustrial equipment (PIE). Members of our warehouse team perform avariety of duties involved in packing and checking orders, ensuring theorders are complete, accurate and free of damage. As a backup deliverydriver, you will be called on to fill-in on delivery routes in relief ofour full-time driver pool. When acting as a delivery driver, you willwork closely with the operations team to coordinate outbound deliveries,including scheduling of specialty equipment when required. Understanddaily delivery functions, routes, and transfer system. WarehouseResponsibilities: Contribute to daily inbound warehouse operations withViking Electric. Receive, check-in and put away stock quickly andaccurately. Replenish picking locations and unload trailers. Picking &packing product for shipment or delivery to customers Daily use oftechnology including RF scanners Daily use of power industrial equipmentBackup Delivery Driver Responsibilities: Be the face and reputation ofour company while delivering products Maintain D.O.T. Medical Card &Clean Motor Vehicle Record Ensure truck is in safe operating conditionand maintains a clean appearance. Communicate with sales associatesthrough problem-solving to meet customer needs. Ability to frequentlylift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs.Construct pallets based on delivery area preventing stock from beingdamaged on delivery. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: JobRelated Skills: Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized, and positivewarehouse environment. Ability to frequently lift, push, and slidepackages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs. Valid Class B CDLwith/Airbrake Clean driving record Strong communication and customerservice skills Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week. Ability towork overtime as needed Attention to detail, good time management, andproblem-solving skills.
