Warehouse Team Lead (Detroit, MI) - 2nd Shift

　　Monday - Friday, 4:00pm - 2:00am

　　($20.00 - $24.00)

　　We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Lead who will assist in a variety of warehouse duties, including shipping and receiving, unloading and loading trucks, fulfilling purchase orders and keeping warehouse stocked with essential materials. The qualified candidate must demonstrate leadership and efficient time management. The applicant must be a fast learner while observing and enforcing all company personnel, quality, safety, and food safety policies. 

　　Job Description:

　　Pull, stack, and palletize boxes 

　　Efficiently stage, wrap, and load products for shipment

　　Maintain dock and storage facilities in an organized manner

　　Efficiently fill requisitions, work and purchase orders 

　　Maintain all shipping & receiving records as directed

　　Effectively operate Forklift, reach truck, and electric pallet jack

　　Key Requirements:

　　Prior relevant experience (4 years)  

　　The ability to operate a Forklift/ Hilo 

　　The ability to work in a cold environment 

　　The ability to stand for 8 or more hours per shift

　　The ability to coordinate and lead a small team 

　　The ability to problem-solve and make critical decisions 

　　The ability to effectively communicate with others

　　The ability to remain task focused and detail oriented 

　　The ability to routinely lift 75 pounds

　　Must be at least 18 years of age or older
