A successful candidate will provide oversight to a large team of programmers and statisticians, have responsibility of P&L for two partnership accounts in which the client is located in NAMR and the teams are located in India. Successful candidate needs to be a strong communicator, capable of holding team members accountable and leading other leaders. A degree in biostatistics is not required, however knowledge and significant years of experience in the CRO industry is required.
