　　Your Role

　　You will oversee all warehouse activities on a daily basis such as receiving, picking/packing, and shipping of product in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives under the direction of the General ManagerShift time and Days : Monday to Friday , 12 am to 9am

　　Your Responsibilities

　　You will oversee unloading of inbound shipments, staff planning/schedule on daily & weekly basis to ensure that each task has adequate resource

　　Develop, implement anddirect programs to promote a safety culture on site and to ensure thesafety of all personnel, equipment and property is a priority.

　　You will ensure customer shipping and receiving issues are solved on timely basis

　　Analyze reports toensure profitability of customer account.

　　Manage the workforcewithin the Warehouse Operation to ensure an efficient operation ismaintained.

　　Overseeing picking andstaging of outbound shipments in accordance with the highest possiblelevels of quality and productivity.

　　Supervise unloading,receiving and put away processes in accordance with Kuehne Nagel and customerprocedures.

　　Verify requiredinbound/outbound paperwork with drivers, ensuring that all product isproperly counted.

　　Ensure inbound and outboundshipments are accurate and free of damage and errors.

　　Promote and manage astrong Continuous Improvement ethos to generate ideas and projects.

　　Ensure the efficient andsafe operation of all materials handling equipment.

　　Ensure that the workschedules are correctly implemented and that jobs are assigned effectivelyand completed properly.

　　Navigate around thelocal WMS (SAP) to ensure transactions and processes are completed in linewith customer and Kuehne Nagel requirements.

　　Maintain product locatorsystem, and maintain high levels of inventory accuracy.

　　Ensure the optimal utilization of space throughwarehouse consolidation.

　　Maintain a clean, neatand orderly work area and in line with internal Kuehne Nagel standards.

　　Assist in maintainingthe security of the warehouse.

　　Conduct operations inaccordance with OSHA an MSDS standards.

　　Assure the integrity ofthe inventory and assist in conducting physical inventories.

　　Adhere to Kuehne +Nagel’s Quality, Safety, Health and Environment Program policies andprocedures.

　　Coordinate Training foremployees and maintain Training compliance.

　　Other duties as assigned

　　Your Skills and Experiences

　　High school diploma or equivalent degree is preferred

　　3+ years of recent experience in a warehouse environment

　　2+ years of experience in a supervisory role

　　Proficient MS Office(Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook).

　　Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (SAP)

　　Strong Leadership skills
