　　Advocate and support Parker's Win Strategy by supervising the receipt, storage, and delivery of materials and finished goods to meet internal and external customer needs.

　　Provide functional direction to Receiving and Shipping departments and monitors performance and compliance.

　　Train and develop team members and provide frequent performance feedback.

　　Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain, business, or similar area of study

　　At least 3 years related experience

　　Must have demonstrated problem-solving, time management and leadership abilities.

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

　　SAP experience required

　　Must have the ability to effectively work with people in a team environment and at various levels of the organization.

　　Must possess strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
