Under general supervision, the Warehouse Specialist 1 will be required to perform all manner of material handling, product picking, special labeling and packing using handheld technology and inventory software systems. The successful athlete must accurately receive, locate and/or pick correct quantities of materials and or finished goods. Must follow all written instructions per individual order. This position requires sustained moderate physical activity throughout the shift, including ability to crouch, climb, push, pull, reach, lift and carry.Warehouse Specialist Athletes will be assigned in varying work centers and it is essential that they are able to read their schedule and report to the correct work center on time for each scheduled shift. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: OReceives finished goods from Assembly. Verifies description, quality, quantity, and paperwork. Reports all deficiencies to leadership. ORestocks primary and secondary stock locations in a timely and accurate manner. OMust enter data into computer database maintaining a very high level of accuracy. OFills customer orders from stock using a tablet computer in a timely, accurate manner and reviews items for final quality. OFulfills manufacturing departments Bill of Material (BOM) and supply orders and deliver to appropriate work center. OMaintains a 98% picking accuracy. OProperly packaging all product, including completion of special packaging requirements, determination of most efficient and economical packaging option, and ensure proper packing to OParticipates in cycle counts and year-end physical inventory. OPerforms general housekeeping and department six sigma activities. OAdheres to all Department and Company Standards, Operating Procedures and Safety Requirements. OTreats others with respect and conducts themselv s in a positive and inclusive manner daily. OPerforms other duties as assigned.
