Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager - Systems in the Healthcare/NHS industry, located in Sunrise, Florida. The chosen candidate will be responsible for handling multiple tasks, including understanding and providing solutions for user access issues, and managing reporting requirements in a healthcare setting. This role requires a deep understanding of NetSuite accounting and a strong skill set in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Responsibilities:
• Manage and resolve user access issues efficiently and promptly.
• Develop and maintain customized reports as per business needs.
• Oversee the regular processing and updating of amortization schedules.
• Utilize NetSuite Development skills to enhance system functionalities and efficiency.
• Ensure accurate and timely generation of management, metric, and monthly reports.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality.
• Use your communication skills to liaise between different teams and stakeholders.
• Implement Business reporting techniques to provide valuable insights for decision making.
• Leverage your expertise in ERP for optimal resource planning and management.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage and analyze customer interactions and data. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in a healthcare setting
• Proven experience with CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems
• Proficiency in NetSuite and NetSuite Development
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in Business reporting, Management Reporting, Metric Reporting, and Monthly Reporting
• Ability to write comprehensive reports
• Knowledge of Amortization principles
• Familiarity with User Access protocols and systems
• Experience in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and latest technologies.
