　　What do our Warehouse Production/Design Assistants do

　　Warehouse Production/Design Assistants are responsible for daily operations in the Ambius warehouse. This role is directly involved in all phases of the warehouse operations including customer service by preparing plants, containers and all other lines of business for delivery, design and implementation of flower programs, assisting with small exterior projects, holiday decorations, inventory management, co-worker interactions, and warehouse maintenance.

　　Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

　　Perform warehouse operations including plant and hard goods preparation for local deliveries, inventory management, tracking and vendor shipping/receiving and warehouse cleanlinessFill aily orders as prescribed, communicating changes to management & co-workersReceive and track hard goods movement throughout the facility Maintain plant and hard goods quality and report inadequacies when found.Organize plants and hard goods based on seasonal needsPerform monthly inventory and other tracking reports as requiredHoliday decor preparationExterior flower program preparation and maintenanceCrosstrain with Installation Department and Plant Specialist

　　High School Diploma or equivalent2-3 years direct customer service experienceSuccess in teamwork environmentMust have excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulationsMust pass pre-employment background screenMust possess a valid driver's license and pass motor vehicle record search
