　　Description/Job Summary

　　Warehouse Person - Shipping Department / Warehouse

　　The Warehouse Person will operate the following material handling equipment:

　　Forklift

　　Electric pallet jack

　　Duties:

　　Load and unload truck

　　Pick orders

　　Operate safely and within guidelines

　　Requirements:

　　Three years experience operating forklift and/or other material handlig equipment

　　High School graduate or GED equivalent

　　Good oral and written communication skills

　　Mechanical aptitude

　　Must have regular, reliable attendance, and willing to work outside the regular schedule as required.

　　Willing to handle job stress and interact with others in the workplace.

　　Physical Requirements:

　　Lifting occasionally up to 50 lbs.

　　Standing and sitting intemittently
