　　The Warehouse Operation Manger is responsible for all functions of the warehouse including: shipping, receiving, inventory control, administering policies and programs and maintaining supplies for the Distribution center.Tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:Ensuring warehouse is equipped with racking, proper lighting, heat and air, proper work environment and any other warehouse related itemsShipping UPS/FED EX/international/trucking controlReceiving, including quality controlSourcing, negotiating and maintaining lowest freight rate and costsManaging the contractor compliance programSupervising and training warehouse personnelOther duties as determined by the needs of the businessWhat You'll Need

　　Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceValid driver's licenseForklift CertificationRequires strong supervisory skills: a demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through othersAbility to work well in a team environment and create a team work environment by communicating effectively between shift/department
