We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, as our business operations require effective communication with a diverse team. As a Warehouse Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking staff to ensure clear understanding of tasks and expectations. Forklift Operation: Possess certification in sit-down forklift operation and safely maneuver equipment to load/unload goods, palletize products, and facilitate inventory movements. Scheduling: Develop and maintain weekly schedules for warehouse staff, ensuring adequate coverage and optimizing productivity. Inventory Management: Utilize inventory knowledge to efficiently manage stock levels, conduct regular counts, and facilitate accurate record-keeping. Palletizing and Put Away: Demonstrate expertise in palletizing techniques and oversee proper storage of goods within the warehouse facility. Dispatching and Shipping/Receiving: Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely dispatching of orders and receiving of incoming shipments. Safety Focus: Prioritize safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all warehouse staff. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Team Leadership: Lead by example, motivating and guiding warehouse team members to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of excellence.
