We have as many careers as we have flavors, and regardless of which role you choose, you have a direct impact on Swire Coca-Cola, our products, and the communities we call home.What does a Warehouse Inventory Supervisor do at Swire Coca-Cola?In this role, you will be responsible for counting and balancing warehouse full good and dunnage inventories, reconciling discrepancies and managing the Waste and Break budget.Responsibilities Include:Research and reconcile all inventory variances dailyMonitor and manage waste and break budgetApprove or deny product or monetary credits to customersEnsure FIFO process and proper code date rotations are being followedStaff, train, evaluate and develop team membersSupervise the daily activities of the warehouseAssist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss controlManage within labor and OPEX budgetRequirements:Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh School diploma or equivalent degree/certificateKnowledge of inventory reconciliation policies and processKnowledge of shipping and receiving SOP'sUnderstanding of transportation dynamicsKnowledge and experience of working in a product supply environmentGeneral math skillsProficient with Microsoft Windows and Office programsProficient with SAPMust be able to work early morning shift and have a flexible scheduleBase pay range is $68,255 to $89,584 plus bonus structure (dependent on role).
