FULL-TIME POSITION

Brands manufactured at the Martinsburg facility include Carolina® work boots, Corcoran® military boots, Double-H Boots® western boots, Matterhorn® mining boots, as well as contracted custom work for many other companies.

　　Must be able to do simple mathematics: add, subtract, multiply and divide. Must have exceptional attention to detail. Ability to lift, push, pull, carry up to 60 lbs. This position will require: case pulling, picking, restocking, manifesting, packing, loading and unloading trucks, utilizing hand trucks and pallet jacks. WMS experience, and previous warehousing experience a plus; however, we will train the right individual!

　　All employees will earn a starting base pay of $12.00/hour with additional piece-rate earning potential of up to $20.00/hour and higher based on production efficiency plus $1/hour bonus pay for weekly perfect attendance.. Employees can expect to work 1st shift, Monday thru Friday. Shifts typically start at 7AM and may last up to 10 hours based on daily production demands.
