Loss Draft Associate

Daytona Beach, FL 32114

Pay: $18/hr (additional pay rate for candidates bilingual in English and Spanish)

Estimated Start Date: August 19th

HYBRID Schedule (2 days in office per week, 3 days WFH after training) M-F

Training:

• Will fully train on-site for the first 4 weeks (8:30am to 5pm shift) PLUS an additional 4 weeks of taking live calls on site (10:30am-7:00om OR 11:30am – 8:00pm. Will be assigned based on business needs.) prior to getting the option to go hybrid. Minimum of 8 weeks on site prior to the hybrid option

○ Hybrid shift: 9:30am-6:00om OR 10:30am – 7:00pm. Will be assigned based on business needs.

NO TIME OFF IN FIRST 8 WEEKS!

Responsibilities:

• Will be handling about 40-50 inbound calls per day.

• The calls will be pertaining to a new homeowners claim or an existing claim.

• Will be required to answer basic questions such as: “what is the status of my claim” all the way up to claim intake which sometimes can take up to an hour.

Skills:

inbound call, call center, contact center, mortgage, bilingual, spanish, insurance, supervisor, manager, team lead, escalation calls, deescalation, customer service, collections customer service

MUST HAVE:

• At least 1 year of RECENT call center experience

• Thick skin. Ability to handle difficult conversations.

• Efficient in using a windows PC computer and navigating their software system (super easy to learn)

• typing: at least 35 WPM

• Good verbal and written communication skills (will be on the phone all day and be required to follow up via email in some instances)

• internet connection - will be required to train remote and work remote.
