What does ITW Air Flow Management do?
ITW Air Flow Management delivers differentiated value to the North American Automotive OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) by addressing industry trends of autonomous driving, display integration and customized environments. We are a producer of interior components such as Pressure Relief Valves (PRVs) and Air Registers bringing in approximately $88M of revenue.
We are part of a division with 3 locations and approximately 530+ employees in North America. Our manufacturing location are in Westminster, MA and Reynosa, Mexico. In addition, our Sales, Engineering and Product Development team are located in Troy, MI. This role will be in our Westminster Facility.
Westminster is a focused manufacturing location of Pressure Relief Valves. We are on a journey to be best in class and a center of excellence in manufacturing by focusing on high volume, highly automated molding and assembly processes.

We are looking for a Material Handler to join Westminster, MA Facility and work a shift of 10am-6pm once fully trained. Westminster has about 45 employees with an annual revenue of $20M. The Material Handler is responsible for a variety of functions within the warehouse such as: receiving, stocking, loading and unloading products, picking and operating heavy duty equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts.
Job Duties:
Move product around warehouse
Pick up pallets in drop zones and organize as required and store in designated area
Adhere labels to shipments following customer requirements (may be different for each customer) including the location of labels
Ensure Advance Shipment Notifications (ASN) to let supplier know product is coming
Empty and sort through bins to find specific approved bins for our products to restock with our product
Shrink wrap pallets according to processes
Unload, sort and reload other supplier bins as required
Receive deliveries
Use hand truck or power truck or forklift to load designated shipments onto carrier's truck
Assemble material specified on shipping order; check address labels, customer labels, part numbers and quantity for accuracy
Place material on pallets in uniform manner when specified and secure with shrink wrap material, weigh and record on shipping debits
Use of XPPS terminal for inventory
Ability to work OT as needed to meet shipments
Ability to work Saturday's and Holidays as needed based on OEM schedules
Education and Experience:
Required:
High School Diploma
Warehouse experience
Forklift certification (current or previous)
Qualifications: Required:
Experience driving forklift including driving onto and off of truck trailers and tight spaces
Knowledge and understanding of warehouse operations
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail to ensure proper shipping to avoid charge backs and/or expedited freight charges
Ability to read, write and understand English
Strong Microsoft Office experience (Word and Excel especially)
Math skills (ability to count, multiply and divide)
Cycle counting
Impeccable data entry skills for inputting shipping, invoices and inventory data into warehouse software
Able to lift up to 35 pounds (35+ pounds with assistance)
Able to remain stationary for extended periods of time working on the warehouse floor
Able to stand on feet and walk for 8+ hours a day
Visually match up product part numbers with shipping orders
