  Location: East end of Ottawa

  Job Description:

  We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in the east of Ottawa. The ideal candidate will have experience with material handling, tracking inventory levels, and general labor duties. The role will primarily involve preparing materials for production, managing stock levels, operating warehouse equipment, and assisting with general tasks around the site.

  Responsibilities:

  Handle material receiving, organizing, and kitting in the warehouse

  Ensure inventory is properly tracked and report to production as needed

  Operate a pallet jack to move materials within the warehouse

  Use an RF scanner for inventory tracking and documentation purposes

  Assist with general labor duties as required, including cleaning and organizing the warehouse

  Lift and handle heavy items, up to and exceeding 50 lbs, using appropriate equipment or manual lifting techniques

  Maintain accurate records of stock levels, packaging, and shipping documentation

  Collaborate with other warehouse team members to ensure efficient operations

  Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times

  Communicate any issues or concerns to supervisors or relevant departments

  Requirements:

  Previous experience with material handling in a warehouse environment

  Experience with tracking inventory levels and reporting to production

  Proficiency in using a pallet jack and RF scanner for inventory management

  Strong computer skills and ability to navigate warehouse management systems

  Ability to lift heavy items and perform manual labor tasks

  Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions accurately

  Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
