Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the financial services industry, located in the heart of Midland, Texas. The role of a Receptionist is crucial to our operations as you will be the first point of contact for our clients. This position involves a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the front desk by answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual

• Providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors

• Handling data entry tasks and maintaining records accurately

• Managing email correspondence and ensuring timely responses

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for various administrative tasks

• Organizing files for easy access and retrieval

• Scheduling appointments as per the requirements of staff members

• Performing other receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing

• Utilizing interpersonal skills for effective communication within the team. Requirements • Minimum of one year of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role

• Proficient in utilizing a multi-line phone system and managing calls effectively

• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service

• Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records

• Skilled in professional email correspondence and written communication

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse groups of people

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Experience in organizing files and maintaining a well-ordered workspace

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively and manage calendars

• Familiarity with typical receptionist duties and office protocols

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
