　　It is an exciting time to be part of IFF’s Singapore team and we are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join us as Warehouse Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible in maintaining the operational efficiency in the warehouse by adopting proper storage and housekeeping practices.

　　Your Focus

　　Carry out warehousing activities in accordance to the established company safety requirements.

　　Manage receiving/outgoing, verifying incoming/outgoing goods according to Delivery Order/Pick List. Putting away/Refilling/loading of cargos.

　　Check and receive the right materials and products are arranged correctly for delivery to customers.

　　Checking, sampling and labelling of the raw material/Receiving and verifying Finished Goods from Production.

　　Perform relevant system works in SAP.

　　Maintaining inventory accuracy by doing regular cycle counts.

　　Maintaining good housekeeping and good hygiene.

　　Maintain teamwork and co-operation with peers and supervisors

　　Required skills and experience

　　GCE ‘O’ level, preferably with 1 year of relevant experience in similar environment.

　　Proficient in written and oral communication skills

　　Able to adapt in an odorous environment.

　　Proficient with SAP system will be an added advantage.

　　Resourceful and willing to adopt newer storage methods and practices.

　　Able to read and interpret chemical hazards labels.

　　Possess forklift license will be an added advantage
