If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period,employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workers fortransportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to theplace of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the workeris dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker\'sreasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home orto the place the worker originally departed to work, except where theworker will not return due to subsequent employment with anotheremployer. The employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workersfor all reasonable inbound transportation and subsistence costs withinthe first workweek. The employer will pay directly for and/or reimburseworkers for all reasonable outbound transportation and subsistence costsduring the last workweek.
