Position: Program Manager
Hours: Full-Time / Exempt
Department/ Program: Family Strengthening / Westside Family Resource Centers
Reports to:Family Strengthening Program Director
Salary/ Hourly Wage: $66,560 - $70,000; DOE

Position Summary: Responsible for overall program administration, supervision and development of the Westside regional programs including, but not limited to, Patterson and Newman Family Resource Centers.
DUTIES:
Provides leadership to Family Resource Center staff for the day-to-day management of all program activities.Recruits, trains/coaches, supervises and evaluates family resource center staff.Responsible for program development and strategic planning. Prepares an annual plan for the family resource centers.Develops and maintains professional relationships with school and community leaders in support of service provision and agency relations.Ensures Family Resource Center programs have policies and procedures in place for all program activities.Actively monitors and ensures successful performance and completion of contract requirements.Coordinate/develop written reports as assigned and required by funders, agency and/or individual work plan.Work with Program Director to create annual program budgets and maintains ongoing changes to the budget model.Reviews monthly financial statements and monitor monthly revenue and expenses.Ensures Family Resource Center program data is collected and reported both internally and externally.Actively participates in CHS leadership team and contributes to overarching CHS goals and strategic objectives.Represents CHS at community events and meetings as identified.Assists Program Director with the development of new funding sources through grant writing or other development activities.Performs other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum BA. Degree may be waived with 5+ years of direct experience.2-4 years Program Management experience.Demonstrated knowledge of financial monitoring.Possesses grant writing skills.Professionally developed leadership skills.Pass agency paid criminal justice screening including fingerprints.Pass agency paid TB (Tuberculosis) screening.Pass agency paid health screening and/or drug testing, if required.Valid California drivers license proof of auto insurance coverage.Pass agency paid MVR clearance with no more than 2 points - if you are under the age of 25 our insurance company will not allow any points.REQUIREMENTS:
