This is a customer facing pre-sales leadership position. In addition to leading the team of pre-sales solutions architects, the Solutions Architect VP works with the Presidio sales and delivery organizations, customers, and manufacturing partners for the purpose of transforming the customer experience through alignment of business goals and objectives to Presidio consulting services and solution architectures. The Solutions Architect VP is responsible for partnering with their regional teams to exceed annual goals for revenue, growth and profitability. Additionally, the Solutions Architect VP is responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining top Solutions Architect talent on their team.Travel Requirements:In this role you will be expected to travel up to 20-30% within the Central region. National travel will be infrequent. This position will be based in either IL, IN, MN, MI or WI.Job Responsibilities:Sales and Architecture Leadership. Lead and develop a team focused on solution sales, consulting and professional delivery services in our customer engagements. Be an example of how to own the customer and team experience.Technical Excellence. Maintain a high level of technical excellence and evangelism across multiple solution architecture areas, including both the primary and enabling solutions sold and delivered by Presidio.Work with Executive Leadership to define the needs of the practice areas and be a primary channel of communications to/from the region(s). Team with the Professional Services leadership to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met, and that lines of communication are consistently and constantly open.Business Acumen. Understand our customer's overall business drivers and influences, and how to position Presidio to ensure a successful sales and implementation of our service and product portfolio. Be aware and in tune with industry, technology, and customer trends.Client Relationships. Build and maintain long-term loyal client relationships, as well as establish and attack/convert competitively held accounts. Be visible with client base.Partner Relationships. Build credibility and strengthen relationships with manufacturer partner teams.Work with respective internal teams to develop and execute strategy and go-to-market plans.Team Development: Reduce attrition, attract top talent, foster continuous evolution of SA's and promote high performing SA'sAchieve quarterly revenue and gross profit targets consisting of the entire Presidio portfolio of offerings across the regionRequired Skills:Outstanding leadership and/or management experienceAuthentic and transparent leader who builds a culture of success through customer relevance and impact.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively, in written and oral form, to a variety of audiencesIntimate knowledge of system and solution archit
