Description

　　Growing services provider located in the Greater King of Prussia area seeks a VP of Finance/Divisional CFO with strong FP& A expertise. This candidate will play a major role in managing the financial aspects of the company and ensuring that its financial performance establishes a healthy and sustainable outcome. In this Divisional CFO role, you will also provide strategic financial leadership, oversee budgeting/financial planning/financial analysis, provide financial insight and recommendations, identify and assess financial risks, participate in the due diligence process, evaluate and recommend capital structure and financing options, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. As the Divisional CFO you will develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.

　　Note that this is an onsite position in King of Prussia, PA with roughly 50% travel required

　　Primary Responsibilities

　　Serve as member of executive leadership team

　　Partner with Operations leaders on operations such as revenue growth, procing, labor utilization, profitability, etc.

　　Lead and develop a high-performing finance team

　　Oversee financial systems

　　Research economic trends

　　Develop strategies to mitigate risks

　　Measure and monitor KPIs

　　Provide strategic insights to site operations leaders

　　Assist in development of financial planning

　　Track business performance with proper tools

　　Requirements

　　The ideal VP of Finance/Divisional CFO will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.

　　Other requirements for the Divisional CFO role include and are not limited to:

　　10+ years of strong FP& A experience

　　MBA strongly preferred

　　Experience in multisite manufacturing or distribution company a MUST

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills

　　40-60% travel required
