　　Robert Half is looking for a Director of Finance to join a well-respected company. If you are an experienced VP/Director of Finance looking for a challenging role at an established company, this may be the role for you.

　　ESSENTIAL DUTIES

　　To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

　　• Lead and manage the operations of the accounting, finance, and payroll departments.

　　• Issue timely and complete financial statements to Management, Stakeholders, and the Board of Directors.

　　• Responsible for HR compliance.

　　• Manage commercial banking relationships to facilitate credit resources with competitive terms.

　　• Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operations.

　　• Calculate and issue financial and operating metrics.

　　• Manage the production of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.

　　• Coordinate estimated tax payments with CPA firm for NBI shareholders.

　　• Develop and maintain a system of management cost reports.

　　• Provide financial analyses as needed for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.

　　• Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.

　　• Manage and administer all outsourced functions including 401K Profit Sharing Plan and Health & Benefits programs.

　　• Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit.

　　• Interface with outside audit firms, banks and lessors, casualty/liability insurance agents, valuation firms, trustees, credit card companies and collection agencies.

　　• Monitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants.

　　• Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.

　　• Prepare and administer all partnership financial statements and accounting functions.

　　• Provide other technical and administrative support as requested by management.

　　• Create quarterly and yearly overhead budgets.

　　• Calculate variances from budgets and report significant issues to management.

　　Requirements

　　CORE COMPETENCIES

　　The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

　　• Well versed in the use, administration, and optimization of NetSuite.

　　• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.

　　• Proven track record of building high performance teams and development of direct reports.

　　• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations per US GAAP.

　　• Ability to direct and supervise in both a small office and remote location environments.

　　• Demonstratable proficiency MS Office Suite with extreme proficiency in Excel.

　　• Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.

　　• Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.

　　• High level of proficiency in report creation and attention to detail in reviewing reports to others.

　　EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

　　• Minimum of five years of experience in a supervisory accounting or finance role.

　　• BS degree in Accounting or Finance.

　　• CPA certification preferred.
